Campus Construction

Rendering of future campus

The above image is a rendering of the first multi-purpose building of the permanent A&M-San Antonio campus. Construction was approved in March 2010. At approximately 91,000 gross square feet, the building will house the library, bookstore, student services offices, classrooms, faculty and administrative offices, and a food service area. A computer center and other computer labs are also planned with wireless Internet throughout. A Groundbreaking Ceremony was held in May 2010, and the building was topped out in November. Built to LEED Silver Standards in a Spanish mission style.
