Computer Information Systems Program
The Texas A&M University – San Antonio’s Computer Information Systems program prepares its students to be productive IT professionals using many of today’s technologies including IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, and SAP. The program recognizes that students must have the right combination of both technical and managerial skills. It accomplishes this focus by blending three concentrations with a broad understanding of business acuity, a competence in computer technology, as well as a foundation in modern computing paradigms such as security, enterprise resource planning systems and project development..

TAMU-SA received notification that the security curriculum had been certified as mapping 100% to the Committee on National Security Systems CNSS) National Standards 4011 and 4012.
