Enrollment Management Mission

Enrollment Management at TAMU-SA collaborates with all University departments in achieving an optimum level of student enrollment and retention. By maximizing the use of institutional resources, Enrollment Management provides the highest level of service while enhancing the quality of the student experience.

Fall/Spring/Summer Office Hours

Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Office of Enrollment Management

The Office of Enrollment Management is committed to serving you to the best of our ability. Our goal is to provide excellent student customer service, whether in person, on-line, or via phone, to meet your needs.  Our team is dedicated to the success of our students regardless of which area within Enrollment Management you are interacting with. Enrollment Management encompasses the following areas: Welcome Center (one-stop-shop), Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Military/Veteran Affairs Certification, and Outreach & Recruitment.

Welcome Center

The Welcome Center is a "one-stop shop." The Office of Enrollment Services encompasses the Welcome Center. Our team is responsible for assisting your with requesting and producing transcripts, requesting enrollment verification, requesting change of terms, requesting change of name, requesting change of address, answering general financial aid questions, assisting students in filling out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), assisting students with filling out the admission application (Texas Common Application), adding courses, dropping courses, withdrawing from the university, and requesting information on the university. We are located in the Main Building, Room 106, (210) 784-1300, Fax (210) 784-1499.

Office of Admissions

The Office of Admissions is responsible for the admission of new students, both transfer and graduate students. The Office of Admissions is also responsible for evaluating all official transcripts received from accredited institutions. We are located in the Main Building, Room 108, (210) 784-1300, Fax (210) 784-1492.

Office of Registrar

The Office of Registrar is also responsible for assisting students in the graduation application process and awarding degrees. We are located in the Main Building, Room 246, (210) 784-1300, Fax (210) 784-1492.

Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships

The Office of Student Financial Aid is designed to assist students and parents with the financing of higher education. Our Financial Aid team is responsible for the administration of federal, state, and local institutional dollars designed to support all students at TAMU-SA. Our team in financial aid takes pride in promoting individualized attention to assist our students and parents. We are located in the Main Building, Room 106, (210) 784-1300, Fax (210) 784-1490.

Military/Veteran Affairs Certification Office

The Military/Veteran Affairs Certification Office is responsible for the processing of all Military/Veteran Affairs paperwork from intake up through certification. We are located in the Main Building, Room 105, (210) 784-1396, Fax (210) 784-1495.
