Jaguar On-Site Registration Day
Students interested in attending Texas A&M University-San Antonio or that wish to complete the admission process may visit us during Jaguar On-Site Registration. Students will be able to: apply for admission, meet a transfer advisor, apply for financial aid, complete MAPPS, visit a veteran certification officer (if applicable), get information regarding meningitis vaccinations and if admitted, students will be able to sign up for the next Jaguar Welcome Day group advising session.
Students not able to attend on the scheduled dates, may visit us at the Welcome Center to complete the admission process.

Graduate Business Student Information Session
The Graduate Business Student Information Sessions are for prospective students who have not applied but who are interested in the program. The sessions will last approximately an hour depending on questions. Information on the graduate programs in business will be presented along with information about the application process and requirements. It is an informal informational session. Jaguar Welcome Days
Undergraduate students admitted to Texas A&M University-San Antonio may pre-register for one group advising session. During their group advising session students will meet their academic advisor, learn how to access and navigate through Jaguar Connect and hear more about their program and register for classes. Before or after their session, students will be able to complete MAPPS, apply for financial aid, visit a veteran certification officer (if applicable), get information regarding meningitis vaccinations and clear holds. To sign up for an advising session during our next Jaguar Welcome Day, click on the desired time slot below or call us at (210) 784-1300 to reserve your seat.
Students not able to attend on the scheduled dates, group advising sessions are available every weekday at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. or may call (210) 784-1307 for an individual appointment. Before or after the session, students will be able to complete MAPPS, apply for financial aid, visit a veteran certification officer (if applicable), get information regarding meningitis vaccinations and clear holds.

Graduate Business Orientation
The Graduate Business Orientation is for admitted students. Information will be shared about the university, the School of Business, and student organizations. The orientation will last no more than two hours. It is a chance for the incoming students to network with their classmates, meet faculty, give them information on student organizations, meet current students in the program, and receive information about the services offered. If students have questions about their degree plan, they may see an advisor immediately following the orientation session.
